Abstract :

In this paper we discuss in detail the behaviour of ideals in $P_k$ and $P_k’$ seminear-rings. We derive especially the properties of $P_1$ and $P_1’$ seminear-rings and also prove that every left ideal (right ideal) of $R$ is a right ideal (left ideal) if and only if $R$ is a $P_1$ ($P_1’$ ) seminear-ring.
