Quotient ternary seminear rings

Abstract
We introduce the notion of Quotient ternary seminear ring by the notion of congruence in ternary seminear ring
and classify their characteristics. The concept of cancellative congruence in ternary seminear ring are also
defined and studied some of their interesting properties.
