This work focuses on the concept of binary soft locally closed sets. Binary soft submaximal spaces are defined via binary soft locally closed sets. In addition, a new class of binary soft functions namely, BSLC-continuous, BSLC-irresolute, BScoLC-continuous and BScoLC-irresolute functions are defined and their characterizations are investigated.
